Sorry guys! I was in Ohio for the past weekish living at a retirement home for a little bit with my grandparents...so was unable to take a pic! I don't have to be in the judging, but I may do one this weekend just for fun :) Jill...I love the ice cream pic. The funny thing is, I could see you really doing that! And Shef...look at those GUNS! Woweee!
So guess what. I gots ANOTHER stress fracture! This is the 4th one I've had in my hip :( And I wasn't even running that much. UGH. Welp, it's to the bike and the pool for me for a little while.

1. make sure you are calcium supplementing
2. make sure you go see a PT so they can teach you some strengthening so you can avoid this from happening - find a good PT so eventually they can watch you run and see if your mechanics are off..
3. if this is too expensive and its cheaper to come visit me for a weekend DO IT

1. Suck it up.
2. Pour good beer down your throat and see if that helps.

Hahhaa. I'm liking Jill's suggestion the best. My dad looked at the MRI and my last vertebrae is fused with my pelvic bone only on the right side...causing more stress on the right hip. Had a bone density test...everything is normal. But PT is another option that I may do...or I may just fly out to you :0) Either way....I like Jill's second piece of advice. I'm off to the fridge to get a cold one. Still working on the pic. I'll have it this week :)
