Iron Turkey- pre race meal ideas...

A list of all that went into my body this past week (thank you lord for turkey day)
1. Coke, who drinks water at the beach anyway
2. Wine, who drinks coke when surrounded by family
3. jello salad (contents: stawberrys, jello, cream cheese and pretzel crust)
4. Apple pie and ice cream
5. Ice cream: cookies and cream one night followed by butter pecan one night
6. turkey day: Turkey, lots a mash potatoes, stuffing, GRAVY..apple pie and icecream with jello salad on the side
7. potato chips
8. pizza
9. sausage and bacon

(the quantities will be kept a mystery for safety reasons)

Just so you all know the fastest I have ever run is after eating a double decker ham and cheese sandwhich, chips and grapes for lunch followed by a oreo frosty at wendys.

Pre Race meal?? I will get back to you after I do a little more research
