Good work, Beth!

Alright - Yeakel is on board...now where the fonk is Catherine? I expected to see some nice pictures of your hot bod by now on this blog...tsk tsk.

And Beth - I do NOT have drop bars for my bike so THANK YOU for sharing that bit of advice...I suppose that's something one should practice with too, huh? :) And I'm looking for a new book to read so now I have one to look for...thank you!

I was getting nervous the other day about this (like most days) and especially thinking about the nutrition piece. I did NOT do a good job of eating/drinking on the 1/2 ironman and that ruined me. So I did some research good news - turns out we're going to burn about 7,000 calories on that day. HAHA! But that means a re-chid (:)) schedule of shoving calories in your mouth. Lots of food, drink, and practice doing it all so your stomach doesn't shut down on race day. I'll give more specifics later, but I need to correct some homework now.

Also - I think I sent you guys (beth and catherine) a link where you can just create a new posting...true story?
