Half me


Shef and Co.,

Thanks for the info and extra motivation to get me to the gym tonight...despite the blizzard outside! And while heading out to North Carolina sounds GLORIOUS, I really can't afford another trip OR registration for a half. BUT I agree that it'd be great for training - especially with nutrition and mental toughness. (112 miles on bike! WTF?!) SOooOOoo, perhaps we should all do a half that weekend? Not for racing, but for the training - you can race it, Shef! And figure out what hydration/food/whatever worked or sucked. I was telling Catherine how tired I was after a week of exercise (see attached image) and I really need to start feeling ENERGIZED with this "kick your ass" business.
So...advice?
